In the InSense Fascia Training, I'm going to give a group of special people the tools to break free from chronic pain, anxiety, and tension.

Weeks 1-7: Explore & Understand Your Fascia

  • In-depth exploration of the 7 major fascial lines

  • Identify the most common tension patterns within each line

Week 8: Integration & Personalization Session

How much time do I need?

Each session is 90 minutes long—enough to dive deep but gentle enough to fit easily into your schedule.

You are invited to work with the techniques you learn throughout the week, including somatic exercises, breathwork, and journaling, for whatever amount of time feels available and nourishing.

What should I bring to class?

  • Your body in comfy clothes

  • A mat, cushion, or comfortable place to sit

  • Your printed worksheets (these will be emailed to you) and your favorite pen — or your computer, if you want to fill them out digitally

  • For some sessions:

    A yoga strap is helpful, but a belt or sash also works beautifully

    Yoga blocks if you have them, but rolled up towels, books, or similar work great too

What if I miss a class?

No worries! While we would love to have your beautiful energy present in real-time, life happens. Session replays will be sent out soon after every session, and you will get all the value from the session as you would live. You will also be able to ask any questions you like in between sessions via our online community.

What is a session like?

Each week, you will:

  • Explore a specific fascial line

  • Learning its common pain and tension patterns

  • Explore the pattern's emotional connections

  • Do practical, gentle movement and breathing exercises to connect with the pattern

  • Complete reflection prompts and journaling sheets to support and deepen your experience. Either in printable or digital format, whatever you prefer.

What this isn't

This isn't another yoga class.

It's not even a movement class, somatic or meditation session, per se.

It's me handing you all the tools and techniques that I use for myself throughout my healing journey and life's evolution. In a clear, structured and highly-learnable format.

It won't look like a trendy Instagram video full of crying and shaking.

Or a reel of beautiful bodies doing flexible movements.

This is a fully integrated course involving authentic movement, breathing, feeling, and exploring, true to you, your body and heart.

Will this work for me?

Absolutely. This approach works beautifully for all types of people, with different bodies, abilities, conditions, and life stages.

That’s precisely why we explore a variety of fascia-emotional patterns in this training. Humans are dynami. We move through many different patterns and phases throughout our lives. A healthy, adaptive body flows through these patterns naturally.

More about me, your instructor:

I'm Heather Natoli, the creator of The Feeling Fascia Method and founder of The Fascia Clinic. My journey began with overcoming severe childhood trauma and navigating a life-threatening neurological condition diagnosed at just 16. Over the next several years, conventional medicine offered invasive surgeries, but I chose instead to explore holistic, science-based approaches to healing.

As a pre-med student with years of experience working in physician's practices, this shift allowed me to blend my love and respect for science with my curiosity for what science doesn't yet fully understand.

After accurately diagnosing my son's rare condition years before medical professionals did, I deepened my studies in homeopathy and became a licensed massage therapist. My passion led me to develop The Feeling Fascia Method—a gentle yet profound approach combining holistic bodywork, homeopathy, and cutting-edge fascia science.
